CALL FOR A VIDEOGRAPHER

A videographer who can capture and showcase the impact of Lebanon’s Technology Transfer Office (TTO)

Beirut, May 2026. ELCIM at the Industrial Research Institute (IRI), the Lebanese partner of the Lebanon Innovate program, is launching a call for proposals to recruit a professional videographer for a one-month assignment in June 2026.

The selected videographer will capture and showcase the impact of the Technology Transfer Office (TTO), the office bridging research, industry, and innovation across Lebanese universities. The TTO works with researchers, startups, SMEs, and academic institutions to move ideas from the lab to the market, support intellectual property, and connect innovators to commercial opportunities.

The assignment

The videographer will produce a series of 7 videos that bring the work of the TTO to life across the partners’ communication channels:

  • 6 short social videos of 1 minute each, designed for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, each one focused on a specific angle: the TTO mandate, beneficiary spotlights, behind-the-scenes activities, partner voices, and headline results.
  • 1 wrap up impact film of 2 to 3 minutes, combining interviews, b-roll, and key results into a single narrative piece on the impact of the TTO.

All shooting, editing, and final delivery will take place within the month of June 2026, across university campuses in Lebanon, with the aim of covering 2 universities per shooting day where possible. The assignment covers 6 shooting days plus full post production.

ELCIM is looking for a professional videographer with:

  • A strong portfolio of short form social content and longer narrative pieces
  • Own professional equipment (camera, audio kit, lighting)
  • Solid editing skills, including color grading, sound mixing, and captioning
  • Sensitivity to interviewing researchers, entrepreneurs, and partners on the ground
  • Working proficiency in English and Arabic, with French as a plus
