CALL FOR AN EVENT MANAGEMENT PROVIDER
ELCIM at the Industrial Research Institute (IRI), the Lebanese partner of the TRANSDAIRY project, is putting out the current call-in order to find appropriately qualified, experienced individuals or institutions to apply as an event management provider to take in charge the organization and implementation of the TRANSDAIRY project Cross border ICT brokerage events by living labs.
A – Company profile
Experience in events management and /or organization of similar management activities.
B- Responsibilities
• TRANSDAIRY Cross border ICT Brokerage Event Space booking and set-up
• TRANSDAIRY Cross border ICT Brokerage Event Promotion
• TRANSDAIRY Cross border ICT Brokerage Event Catering
C- Financials
Upon approval of invoice by Project Manager, the cost of the TRANSDAIRY Cross Border ICT brokerage event will be covered totally by the Industrial Research Institute payable in cash.
D- How to apply
Interested parties can submit a financial proposal in response to this term of reference.
The received application will be evaluated in compliance with the stated requirements based on the offer, and the ability to fulfill requirements.
