To develop the Living lab handbook design and infographics

For the benefit of the TRANSDAIRY EU co-funded project under the ENI CBC Med Programme

ELCIM at the Industrial Research Institute, the Lebanese partner in the ENI CBC MED TRANSDAIRY is seeking the services of an external service provider supporting the team for the development of a Living lab handbook design and infographics. The report includes among others an analysis of the social ,environmental , economic factors and issues.

The Call for Expression of Interest (EoI) is taking place within the project TRANSDAIRY under the activity 5.7.1 - Lab Model for DVC based on 5 Helix and Handbook

The required tasks and services to develop and design the final report are as follows

• The selected graphic designer will be responsible for creating a visually compelling and informative Handbook, that will serve as a tool for reproduction of the model in other regions and countries or other value chains.
• The report will encompass data visualizations, infographics, layout design, and other graphical elements to effectively communicate the TRANSDAIRY experience.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work on reports, infographics, or similar projects.
• Proficiency in relevant graphic design software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to transform complex information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity considerations in design is a plus.
• Ability to adhere to timelines and deliver high-quality output within the stipulated deadline.

• A detailed resume highlighting relevant experience and previous design projects. A portfolio or samples of previous work that demonstrate your design capabilities.
• A brief cover letter expressing your interest in the project and your approach to creating an appealing handbook for TRANSDAIRY Living Lab.

On the basis of the applications received and in compliance with the stated requirements, the selection committee will evaluate all received applications and service providers’ profiles (including previous works). The applications will be evaluated and accordingly subjects contracted based on the offer, previous works, and ability to fulfill requirements.

ELCIM at the Industrial Research Institute has the right to select the service provider with the specific and adequate skills required according to the evaluation of the selection committee.

Financial conditions

The value of the service will be determined based on the submitted offers and the quality of the proposed services within the budget allocated to the final report design in the project.

ELCIM at the Industrial Research Institute will use the data contained in the documentation submitted by the service providers, exclusively in the context of this selection procedure and in compliance with the rules laid down by EU Regulation 2016 / n. 679.
