CALL FOR A VIDEO PRODUCTION SERVICES TO IMPLEMENT
THE MAIA-TAQA PROJECT VIDEO PROMOTIONS
Activity 2.3.4 Video promotion
AS PART OF THE MAIA-TAQA ENI CBC MED PROGRAM’S

ELCIM at the Industrial Research Institute (IRI), the Lebanese partner of the MAIA-TAQA project, is putting out the current call-in order to find appropriately qualified, experienced individuals or institutions to undertake the editing and production of promotional videos for the MAIA-TAQA project.

A – Company profile
Proven experience in video pre and post-production, particularly in managing similar activities.

B- Responsibilities
This Call for Expression of Interest (EoI) is part of the MAIA-TAQA project, aimed at fostering technological cooperation among EU/Med SMEs.
The required tasks and services for the video promotion encompass:
Video and Photographic Coverage: Comprehensive coverage of project-related activities.
Production of a 2-minute Project Showcase Video: This video should encapsulate the project's objectives and activities. It will be displayed during MAIA-TAQA events.
Production of a Project Activities Video: This video should feature project actions, interviews with experts, and participants recorded at various project events. The video should also highlight selected small and medium enterprises from each pilot area. This video will be showcased during the MAIA-TAQA final event.

Technical Criteria and Conditions:
The videographer is expected to adhere to the following technical specifications:
Digital Format: Videos must be delivered in both avi and MPEG-4 Part 14 (MP4) file formats.
Aspect Ratio: Videos should be in a 16:9 aspect ratio with a resolution of 1080p.
Optimized for social media: The video format should be optimized for easy sharing and viewing on social media platforms.
Audio Signal: The audio signal should be in stereo.

C- Financials
Upon approval of invoice by Project Manager, the cost of the MAIA-TAQA pilot launch and final conference events will be covered totally by the Industrial Research Institute.

D- How to apply
All the interested parties can submit a financial proposal in response to this term of reference.
On the basis of applications received and in compliance with the stated requirements the selection committee will evaluate all received applications and select the appropriate party based on the offer, and ability to fulfill requirements.
