FORMATIVE SESSIONS AND FOCUS GROUPS ORGANISATION
INTERNATIONAL BROKERAGE EVENT
CALL FOR AN EVENT MANAGEMENT PROVIDER

ELCIM at the Industrial Research Institute (IRI), Lebanese partner of the TRANSDAIRY project, is setting the present terms of reference for the management of formative and focus groups sessions and the participation management of the brokerage event in Tunisia for suitably qualified, experienced persons/institutions who wish to apply as service provider in the organization of these TRANSDAIRY project activities.

A – Company profile

Experience in events management and /or organization of similar management activities.

B- Responsibilities

• The management of the trainees including gathering participants, follow up and securing attendance
• Follow-up with the participants and updating them on the agenda
• Social media posts design and announcement of the training,
• Peer feedback
• Disbursement of vouchers for participants when indicated
• Support in the participation in international Brokerage events and disbursement of travel tickets and per diems when indicated to participants as well as securing accommodation in collaboration with the foreign counter parts

C- Financials

Payments will be executed based on submitted invoice and approval of TRANSDAIRY Lebanon project Director.

D- How to apply
All the interested parties can submit a financial proposal in response to this term of reference.
On the basis of applications received and in compliance with the stated requirements the selection committee will evaluate all received applications and select the appropriate party based on the offer, and ability to fulfill requirements.
