Target audience
This training is designed for professionals & students interested in learning
about the LEAN approach to process excellence. The workshop is suited for
beginners or professionals – no special pre-requisites or previous experiences
are needed.
SPEAKER PROFILE
Mr Dany Elias
Mr. Elias is the founder of Sparkers Solutions. He has an extensive experience
of 17 years in managing different factories in Lebanon and he is an instructor
at Saint Joseph university - Faculty of Sciences where he leads a course in
production & lean management for the Masters students of industrial technology -
since 2008.
He took 2 trainings on LEAN in San Francisco in 2011 and in 2017, he
participated in a workshop on LEAN in Toyota factories- Japan.
His education started with a BS in chemistry - continued to a Masters in
industrial technology and then to an executive MBA
