 HORECA 2017

In the framework to better serve the Lebanese Industry, IRI/Elcim participated in HORECA fair for the year 2017.

Series of presentations were provided by ELCIM during this exhibition in special topics such as Microbial Hazards in the Food Service Industry-Contamination and Control- by Dr. Issmat Kassem, IRI/ELCIM Food Advisory Unit: Providing Service for the food sector by Mr.Fadi fayad, Reducing Food Waste by Dr. Ahmad Abiad. Meetings were held during this event with local and international experts, professionals from different sectors visited IRI/ELCIM stand.
